Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Anchor Capital Advisors was founded in 1983 by William P. Rice. Shortly thereafter, Bill was joined by Mark Rickabaugh and Robert Croce. The three senior investment professionals previously worked together at Fort Hill Investors Management Corp. The Principals have been applying the discipline of their value-oriented investment philosophy for over twenty-five years.
